Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russia does not refuse the possibility of a meeting between President Vladimir Putin and his Ukrainian counterpart Vladimir Zelensky “a priori.”
At the same time, Peskov said that such a meeting should be prepared, specifying that it implies the development of “an agreement, a document that should be finalized at the highest level.”
The Kremlin representative added that there is “no movement yet” with the preparation of a document of this kind.
