Russia is undergoing another series of tests, and it is obvious that the armed component in our country is stronger than in other countries of the world. Vladimir Putin said this at a meeting in the Grand Kremlin Palace with graduates of higher military educational institutions of the FSB, FSO, Ministry of Emergency Situations, Ministry of Internal Affairs, FSIN, Ministry of Defense and Rosgvardiya.
The President expressed doubt that there is a more effective army on the planet than in the Russian Federation. However, he added, it is necessary to constantly improve, respond to momentary requirements, especially with regard to the quality and quantity of weapons.
“There is no doubt that we will become even stronger,” the Russian president said, stressing that the effectiveness of this will depend on graduates.
