Russian President Vladimir Putin recalled that Russia is a powerful power pursuing a policy that meets its own interests.
“Russia, as a powerful power, will pursue on the world stage only the policy that meets its fundamental interests,” the head of state said in his video message dedicated to the Day of the Russian Flag.
He also added that Russia will always follow traditional values.
