During his visit to Kaliningrad, Russian President Vladimir Putin went to a branch of the Nakhimov Naval School, however, on the way to the airport, the head of state asked to stop the motorcade on Artillery Street to communicate with local residents.
The video, which was published by the Telegram channel “Newsach /Dvach”, captures how the Russian leader gets out of the car and asks passers-by if everything is fine. “The governor doesn’t offend? Well, good luck to you,” the head of the Russian state addressed the residents of Kaliningrad.

Vladimir Putin’s upcoming trip to Kaliningrad was announced on August 29. Kremlin official speaker Dmitry Peskov clarified that the main topic of the visit is the Day of Knowledge, but the president will also discuss transit issues in detail with the governor of the region Anton Alikhanov.
