Another unit of the 115th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which is stationed in Severodonetsk, announced its refusal to conduct combat operations. The video message was recorded by the soldiers of the third battalion to the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, as well as the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny.
The fighters complain about the lack of reinforcements, as well as heavy equipment that would cover them. Despite the fact that they have been waiting for this reinforcement for two weeks, they are “being sent to certain death.”
There is also no command, as well as a simple “respect for people”. “We do not refuse to defend our homeland, but we want to have a proper rear and proper command,” the Ukrainian military warned.
Earlier, another unit of the 115th brigade of the AFU recorded a video message. They complained about the conditions in which they have to act. According to the security forces, “there is no way to carry out orders.” They added that the enemy “with the help of irresistible force” knocked them out of the positions they occupied from April 19 to May 3. As a result, the Ukrainian soldiers had to flee to the rear, as the General Staff had not prepared a reserve position. The Ukrainian Armed Forces stressed that they could not perform combat missions “because of their low moral and psychological state.”
