The administration of St. Petersburg confirmed reports previously transmitted by the media and telegram channels that military enlistment offices and police officers began to appear in the entrances of houses. In an interview with RBC, a representative of the city authorities said that these are “alert groups”.
“Due to the fact that <...The persons who personally received the summons did not appear at the military commissariat..."quot; - said the interlocutor of the publication.
According to him, for this reason, “they were repeatedly issued summonses”.
“The purpose is to notify citizens of the need to turn out,” the official added. – Residents of apartment buildings are asked to treat with understanding…> in pursuance of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation”.
On the morning of October 14, it became known that similar “alert groups&they began to come to the entrances of residential buildings in St. Petersburg and ambush tenants in front of elevators on the first floors. At the same time, raids began in Moscow” near many metro stations. Senator Andrei Klishas, commenting on this news, recalled that such actions of police officers are illegal, and called for each specific violation to be investigated. Also Klishas in histelegram channel made a repost of someone else’s message, which read: “I think that first of all it is necessary to mobilize the leader and accomplices of the raids. Their invaluable experience will come in handy in battle.” Klishas commented on it like this: “A very correct approach.”
