In Crimea, the candidate for the State Duma from the party “Fair Russia — For the Truth” Oleg Severnenko got overexcited and ran away during a live broadcast on the Kerch TV channel. A video of the candidate’s embarrassment appeared on social networks.
Severnenko began to talk about the resources and riches of Russia, but suddenly fell silent and could not continue the monologue.
“Honestly, I’m sorry. Can I … honestly, I was worried. I can’t, ” he pleaded to the presenter.
The host said that he still has airtime, and offered to continue, but he could not say anything. As a result, he left the frame while the presenter introduced him and said goodbye to the audience.
Severnenko is not running for deputy for the first time. Later, he told the “Rise” that his health worsened during the broadcast.
“A busy month without days off, continuous trips to Kerch driving 750 km a day, as well as a busy period at work. All these factors overlapped with each other, and at the time of the broadcast, my health worsened, and I could not continue,” he said.
The candidate added that he is uncomfortable and apologizes for his well-being, but he has nothing to be ashamed of.
