Vladislav Lobaev, a representative of the Lobaev Arms arms company, said that the company had created a prototype of a new anti-sniper system “Rubezh”, which it was ready to present to a potential customer.
“Currently, we are finalizing our anti-sniper system “Frontier” as part of: the complex “Defeat”, “False target” and “False weapon”. We are not even talking about a rifle, but about a robotic weapon,” Vladislav Lobaev said.
He also clarified that we are talking about the company’s know-how – there are no analogues of the system yet either in Russia or abroad.
As the developers explain, the operator of the new system can control all three components included in it at once: call the enemy’s fire on a false target, detect its position and destroy it with the help of a complex designed to hit the target.
