The governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, said that on Tuesday in the city they said goodbye to the senior sailor, radio telephone scout Alexander Weinberger, who died in Ukraine.
According to the official, the native of Mozhaisk near Moscow began service in the Black Sea Fleet in 2010 and was a sailor of the anti-aircraft artillery battery 22 of the Army Corps of the Southern Military District.
“He died during a special military operation,” Razvozhaev added.
