During the visit of the IAEA mission to the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, the agency’s Director General Rafael Grossi said that he saw everything he wanted. He told reporters about this on his return to Vienna.
As Grossi noted, he got acquainted with the information of a number of mass media that allegedly some things were not shown to the mission. According to him, this is not the case. Wherever the mission participants wanted to go, they went.
Recall that on Thursday, September 1, an IAEA mission visited the Zaporozhye NPP. She got acquainted with the situation in Energodar and at the nuclear power plant. Later, representatives of the mission stated that as a result of the shelling of the power plant by Ukrainian troops, some damage was caused – “its integrity was violated.”
