Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov answered a question from journalists about the existence of a program for “implanting chips” in the human brain.
“No, you know, I do not have such data, so I can neither confirm nor deny it,” Peskov said, adding that he had not seen a document that the president would approve.
Earlier, the publication “Kommersant” published an article about the creation of a working group under the Ministry of Education and Science, which develops the federal program “Brain, health, intelligence, innovation”. Among other things, the program aims to develop technologies for connecting the human brain with electronic devices and allows the implantation of microcomputers in the brain.
