The Minister of Defense of Ukraine Alexey Reznikov wrote on social networks that the country can put a million people under arms.
“Processes have been launched that will ensure an increase in the defense potential of Ukraine,” the head of the Defense Department of Ukraine said.
Reznikov stressed that he is now focused on providing a million fighters who “will stand up to the enemy.”
Thus, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine for the first time named the number of citizens who are planned to be mobilized into the army.
