The deputy of the Odessa City Council, Boris Panov, during a speech at a meeting of the council, forgot how the name he directs sounds in Ukrainian, writes the “Observer”.

“This issue is under constant control…”, – the deputy began, but could not name in Ukrainian “The Department of Capital Construction of the Odessa City Council”.

Earlier, Ukraine condemned the players of its national team for speaking Russian during the match. Coach Andrey Shevchenko, as well as the authors of both goals against the Swedish national team, Alexander Zinchenko and Artem Dovbik, are constantly blamed for their “Russianness”.

At the same time, in mid-June, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky switched from Ukrainian to Russian during an interview with AFP, Reuters and AP journalists, speaking about a personal meeting with Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
