The Russian arrested in Belarus asked Putin to deprive him of his citizenship

Russian citizen Dmitry Popov, who was arrested in Belarus in 2020, asked President Vladimir Putin to deprive him of his citizenship. According to “Rain”, he expressed such a request in a letter to his sister due to the lack of help from Moscow.
