According to Ren-TV, the commander of the US Special Operations Forces in Europe, Major General Stephen Edwards, complained that the withdrawal of American special forces from the territory of Ukraine had a negative impact on the effectiveness of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“The big problem is that we are not together with our partners (in Kiev – ed.) … We have to provide them with advice and assistance remotely,” the general said.
According to Edwards, difficulties in the transfer of weapons, equipment and other resources to Ukraine are also of concern.
