The White House press service issued a statement in which it reported on the negotiations that took place between the US President’s national Security adviser Jake Sullivan and the head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine Andriy Ermak.
It is clarified that the meeting of the politicians was personal and took place in Istanbul.
“Sullivan, in an interview with Ermak, stressed the firm support of the United States for the independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine,” the White House reports.
