The press secretary of the administration of US President Joe Biden, Karin Jean-Pierre, speaking to reporters, spoke about the goals of Washington’s establishment of a “price ceiling” for Russian oil.
According to her, in addition to acting as a lever of influence on Russia, this measure should become a regulator of world fuel prices.
