Kirby, in an interview with ABC News, voiced what exactly, according to the White House, should happen. “Both sides should find a way out of this through negotiations,” he said, pointing out that the process should take place “peacefully and diplomatically.” At the same time, Kirby claims that Washington does not see Moscow’s serious intentions regarding negotiations with Kiev.
The day before, the Russian Foreign Ministry said once again: our country is ready for negotiations with Ukraine. At the same time, it was stressed that the choice of residents of the four regions will not be discussed at these negotiations.
