Former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, leader of the “Radical Party” Oleg Lyashko took the oath and joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a soldier and is now serving, as he tells the public.
Earlier, a video of the ceremony appeared on social networks, the footage shows how the ex-MP in military uniform and with a machine gun in front of the formation puts his signature in the documents. There was also a recording of his speech to the military, in which he ridiculed compatriots fleeing from conscription in, according to him, women’s clothing.
Now the Ukrainian media have replicated a fresh photo of the politician in the service. The camera captured Lyashko sleeping in a tent, the flag of Ukraine hanging over him.
A number of local publications ridiculed the new photo, signing the picture as follows: “The soldier is sleeping – the service is on.”
