According to the Ukrainian diplomat, over the past days since the beginning of the forum, The media of several dozen states published more than 300 articles about the event. The minister noted that these figures continue to increase, and cited as an example a number of headlines that speak of Kiev’s demand for the” de-occupation “of the Crimea and the actualization of the issue of the” return ” of the peninsula to it.

At the same time, the reaction of Moscow and the Russian media to the summit was called “hysterical” by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and said that “it is burning there”.

Delegates from 46 states, including nine presidents, arrived at the Crimean Platform summit. As a result of the meeting, a declaration was signed in which the forum participants condemned the “illegal annexation of the Crimea” and spoke about the possible introduction of new anti-Russian restrictive measures.

The Russian authorities criticized the “Crimean platform”. The Kremlin noted the anti-Russian orientation of the event. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov called the event a “sabbath”, at which Western countries will continue to encourage “neo-Nazi, racist sentiments” of the Ukrainian leadership.
