CNN reports that intelligence officials, the White House and other agencies discussed cyberattacks against the United States and Ukraine. Officials and experts raised the issues of repelling such attacks.
The meeting was held via videoconference. It touched upon the issues of interaction between government agencies and private companies in the fight against “Russian-speaking hackers”.
The US leadership has expressed concern about attacks on infrastructure facilities in Ukraine. Therefore, Washington decided to prepare an action plan in case of such incidents.
