US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said at a press conference in Honolulu that the US is open to dialogue with the DPRK. Moreover, Washington has no hostile sentiments towards Pyongyang.
Blinken added that the United States is ready to enter into negotiations without preconditions. However, he admitted the possibility of provocations by the DPRK.
The official pointed to the recent launches of North Korean missiles and called it an example of such provocations. He did not rule out that Pyongyang’s next aggressive actions will be related to Europe and Ukraine.
