The press service of the Russian Defense Ministry reported that Russian drone operators use drones to calculate the location of foreign mercenaries in Ukraine using foreign phone numbers.
The video posted by the department shows the unpacking and assembly of a drone and a special catapult. Next, the device takes off to perform a combat mission, the operators who are in the ground control center are engaged in sending messages to mobile phones detected by opponents
“Earlier, an object was discovered in the area of a special military operation. Affiliation – Czech Republic. We worked on it. The scouts confirmed that it was a cluster of mercenaries, the targets were destroyed,” said the commander of the drone squad with the call sign “Old”.
According to him, the on-board equipment “Orlan-10”, installed on drones, can detect subscribers of LTE and GSM standards.
