The head of the press service of the US State Department, Ned Price, speaking at a regular briefing for journalists, said that the Russian Federation has already faced serious consequences caused by its “aggressive actions” in Ukraine.
According to him, financial markets reacted instantly to this situation.
“The Russian ruble recently dropped to its lowest level in more than a year compared to the dollar. The stock market of the Russian Federation showed a similar decline, dropping to the lowest level in a year,” Price said.
