The politician Leonid Gozman (included in the list of foreign agents) said that a criminal case has been opened against his wife. According to Gozman, she is accused of late informing about obtaining a second citizenship (330.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
In April, a case under the same article was opened against Gozman himself, the other day it became known that he was detained and interrogated in the IC, at the same time information appeared about his wanted list. At the same time, the politician’s lawyer provided a document confirming that the notification of citizenship was filed by Gozman on time. “They have just announced to us that a criminal case has also been initiated against my wife,” Gozman wrote on the social network on Friday, “for the same terrible crime —for untimely informing about the second citizenship.”
