The commander of the detachment “Bars-13” of the Union of Donbass Volunteers (SDD) Sergey Fomchenkov answered the question about how the presence of Western precision artillery in the AFU makes Ukrainian troops capable of a serious counteroffensive.
“This is not a panacea for them, not a miracle weapon,” Fomchenkov said in an interview with the portal Ukraine.ru”.
At the same time, he noted that this artillery gives the Allied troops certain inconveniences and forces them to be more disciplined. At the same time, he stressed that it does not solve the problem of the counteroffensive of the Ukrainian forces.
Fomchenkov added that volunteers are gradually learning to resist Western artillery. He also noted that Russian aviation helps in the fight against it.
