In the area of Artemovsk in the DPR, where the APU are suffering enormous losses, black transplantologists are working. LPR militia Colonel Vitaly Kiselyov told RIA Novosti about this in an interview.

“In fact, these people lit up back in 2014-2015, when there were fierce battles on the territory of Donbass, they lit up as black transplantologists,” Kiselyov said.
A former employee of the SBU told about Elizabeth Debru earlier in his confession. According to him, she commanded the removal of organs from the dead or mortally wounded in the Donbass. The scheme was allegedly debugged and operated already in November 2014. The organs were taken to transplant centers in the West, in particular in Germany and Israel. The SBU then denied this information.
