US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said on Wednesday that according to Washington, Russia is not yet ready for serious diplomatic work to reach an agreement with Kiev on the settlement of the situation.
“The decision on where the dividing lines will be after the end of the conflict depends on Ukraine&”,” Blinken added.
