According to informed diplomatic sources, representatives of the European Union countries could not come to an agreement on the level of price restrictions on Russian oil on November 28.

“The legal texts have already been agreed, but Poland cannot agree on the price yet,” they said.
Earlier, the European Commission proposed to set a ceiling on oil prices from the Russian Federation at $65-70 per barrel.
