Finland has decided to urgently supply Ukraine with power equipment


Finnish Economy Minister Mika Lintila held talks with Finnish companies on the urgent supply of energy equipment to Ukraine. This was reported in the press service of the ministry.

They noted that the minister discussed with representatives of the technological and energy industry the possibilities of providing assistance to Kiev.

“The goal is a joint search for ways to provide rapid concrete assistance to Ukraine on a coordinated basis,” the message says.

They added that Russian missile strikes and drones destroyed about half of the Ukrainian energy infrastructure. Kiev asked Helsinki for urgent assistance, equipment, including generators, batteries and transformers.
