Retired General of the Foreign Legion Michel Yakovleff suggested that the AFU bomb military parades on May 9 in Russia, writes the Military Review.

According to the Frenchman, the defeat of the Russian Federation in Ukraine would have crossed out the victory of the USSR over Germany in 1945.

Earlier, Yakovleff repeatedly spoke about Russia in a negative way. In August of this year, he called for sending NATO troops to fight in Ukraine against the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, because it takes too long to train Ukrainians.

In France, the general’s statements were criticized, considering that the actions he proposed would meet the interests of Washington and Kiev, but not France.

On December 10, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Alexey Danilov, speaking on the air of the NTA television agency, said that Kiev allows strikes on Russian territories.

Earlier, the Kremlin stated that “pumping Ukraine with weapons in various formats does not contribute to the success of the Russian-Ukrainian negotiations” and “will have a negative effect”.

On December 8, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov, on the air of the TV channel “Russia-24”, said that NATO countries are increasingly being drawn into the conflict in Ukraine, and the United States is deliberately heading for escalation in this direction.
