Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Ukraine will not implement the Minsk agreements. In this regard, he called for forcing Kiev to do this.
According to him, if Ukraine is left alone “with itself, with its conscience, of course, it will not do anything.” To force it, the Norman format was created. Nevertheless, Berlin and Paris, as Lavrov pointed out on the air of the Rossiya 1 TV channel, “so far they are ignoring their obligations.”
Moscow draws the attention of Germany and France to the fact that “it must be done.”
Earlier, Bloomberg reported that a dispute took place at a meeting between Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken in Stockholm. The parties vigorously discussed the events in Kiev seven years ago. They also touched upon the current situation around Ukraine.
