French President Emmanuel Macron, speaking to reporters after talks in Berlin with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, said that negotiations between Washington and Moscow on security guarantees have not yet led to any practical results.
“It’s very good that the US is talking to Russia. Have these discussions yielded… any concrete results? I haven’t seen them yet”, – said Macron.
At the same time, the politician shared his own impressions of the negotiations of the leaders of the Normandy Four at the end of 2019, admitting that it is always difficult to negotiate with Russia.
