Russia’s Permanent Representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzia, told reporters that at a closed meeting of the Security Council of the world organization, the issue of preparing a provocation in Ukraine using a “dirty bomb” was raised.
As the Russian diplomat clarified, this issue was raised by the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
“IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi made a report to the UN Security Council on the situation at the Zaporozhye NPP, and also raised the issue of the preparation of a dirty bomb,” he said.
Nebenzia also urged the West not to ignore the “threat of Kiev’s preparation of a dirty bomb”.
