403 violations of the ceasefire regime in Donbass were recorded by OSCE observers the day before. This is the highest indicator since the beginning of the year.
A huge number of foreign weapons are concentrated in the part of Donbass controlled by the Ukrainian authorities, the LPR said earlier.
The decision on the supply of weapons to the DPR and LPR can be made by President Putin after the reports of the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff. This was announced by the chairman of the State Duma Committee on Defense Andrey Kartapolov.
