According to the Mash channel, an emergency occurred at a local substation in Belgorod, as a result of which most areas were without electricity.
It is clarified that the information about the emergency was provided by the citizens themselves. The channel also publishes a video of what is happening in the city, filmed by eyewitnesses.
“Residents of Belgorod report an explosion at a substation. Electricity has gone out in most parts of the city”, – the message says.
It is also noted that in some areas the electricity supply is gradually being resumed.
