Deputy Foreign Minister Oleg Syromolov said that Ukraine is committing war crimes. In particular, representatives of the Kiev regime use civilians as human shields, torture prisoners of war and organize attempts on civilian employees of the governing bodies of the LPR, DPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.
According to him, the Ukrainian side is conducting military operations using “terrorist methods.”
“The Kiev regime uses human shields, tortures prisoners of war, organizes attempts on civilian employees of the governing bodies of the LPR, DPR, Kherson, Zaporozhye regions of the Russian Federation,” Syromolotov said.
He clarified that all these actions form the composition of war crimes, while “has nothing to do with terrorism as a common crime.”
