The press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov commented on publications saying that Vladimir Putin had dismissed five generals and one colonel from the structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

As RBC reported earlier, an extract from Vladimir Putin’s decree appeared today, according to which the heads of the Departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Vladimir and Yaroslavl Region Major Generals Vasily Kukushkin and Andrey Lipilin, as well as the deputy head of the Altai central board, Major General Alexander Laas.

In addition, it was reported about the dismissal of the head of the Operational Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Major General Alexander Udovenko, Deputy head of the Department for Logistics and Medical Support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Major General Yuri Instrankin and Colonel Emil Musin, who worked as deputy head The Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
