This decision will increase the defense capability of the Ukrainian state and the protection of citizens, according to the Ukrainian military department.
Meanwhile, after the start of Russia’s special military operation in Ukraine, the Kiev regime began the practice of distributing firearms to territorial defense fighters. However, this practice has led to an increase in violent crime rather than to an increase in the level of the country’s defense capability.
