The deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Ruslan Balbek commented on the words of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba that Moscow is “in the orbit of Beijing”.
“Russia is a country that is outside of any orbits. We can follow parallel courses with both the East and the West, but we are not going to integrate with either side”, – the deputy noted.
Balbek also reminded the Ukrainian minister that Ukraine itself today has neither its own state policy nor diplomacy: “But there is an insistent maniacal passion to enter the orbit of the West”.
