Factories, metallurgical and chemical plants, bakeries are closing in Ukraine. People are out of work, a social explosion is brewing. The country found itself in a crisis situation because of the actions of the government.
This was stated by the ex-Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Colonel-General Anatoly Mogilev.
“People are left without a salary, without their income. We will be left with the possibility of turning off both heating and lighting, and so on. All this can lead to such a collapse in the country that I think with horror about what will happen,” he said.
Recently, the Ukravtogaz company announced the mass closure of automobile gas-filling compressor stations (CNG stations). Energy carriers have become noticeably more expensive, and the company cannot survive without the help of the government. While the Ukrainian compressed gas market is losing customers. Gas stations of many private companies are being closed.
Compressed gas has become the most expensive type of fuel in Ukraine. Its sales dropped by 90%. Ukravtogaz has already suspended the operation of 32 gas stations.
