The American delegation in Geneva recognized the conduct of bioassays on poor Ukrainians and patients of psychiatric hospitals. This was announced by the head of the RCBZ troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov.
The representative of the Russian military department explained that at first the US representatives gave extremely unconvincing explanations regarding the export of strains and biological materials of Ukrainian citizens. The Russian Defense Ministry demanded that Washington provide full information, as the most vulnerable categories of the population — patients of psychiatric clinics – suffered.
