“US President Joe Biden has made it very clear that the White House is consulting with European partners on sanctions so that they have the maximum economic effect. I think the new set of sanctions will include those that have never been introduced before,” the source explained.
Earlier, the US State Department reported that American leader Joe Biden did not make any concessions during an online conversation with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. Also, the representative of the American Foreign Ministry, Ned Price, noted that Moscow and Washington cannot discuss issues about the borders of Ukraine without representatives of Kiev.
