The LDPR commented on the message of the URA agency.EN with reference to sources that Vladimir Zhirinovsky, hospitalized with coronavirus in the Central Hospital, had a deterioration in his condition.
“Vladimir Zhirinovsky does not recognize colleagues, relatives and doctors,” a source told the agency earlier, adding that doctors do not give any forecasts, as the politician’s condition remains severe.
“The LDPR categorically refutes the statement of anonymous sources,” a representative of the LDPR press service said in response to a request for comment on this information.
Earlier, the party issued an official statement in which it was noted that the media information about Zhirinovsky’s health was significantly exaggerated and focused on sensational effect. The LDPR also stressed that the leader will soon return to full-fledged work.
