Early in the morning, the AFU artillery shelled Novaya Kakhovka in the Kherson region. This was reported in the Telegram channel of the military-civil administration. The Russian air defense system intercepted ammunition fired at the settlement, 10 air explosions sounded.
This is not the first shelling of Novaya Kakhovka in less than a day. During the day, the air raid sirens sounded here seven times already.
Shelling of several settlements of the Kherson region, including Novaya Kakhovka, has been conducted from the Ukrainian side since the evening of August 28. During this time, residential buildings and infrastructure were damaged, several schools were destroyed.
