Among other things, Putin called on those who claim that Russia can use nuclear weapons to read the nuclear doctrine of the Russian Federation.
“If Putin has no intentions, why does he keep talking about it? Why is he currently talking about the possibility of using tactical nuclear weapons. In his approach to this, he was very dangerous,” Biden said.
According to the head of the White House, Putin can end the conflict by leaving Ukraine.
