The Office of the Turkish President issued a statement announcing the details of a telephone conversation between Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his Ukrainian counterpart Vladimir Zelensky.
As stated in the message, President Erdogan stated the need to “intensify diplomatic efforts” to end hostilities.
Moreover, the settlement of the conflict should take place “on the basis of mutual understanding, which will lead to the full restoration of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine,” Erdogan said during the talks.
