As previously reported, the appeal was expected to be broadcast first at 18:00 – 19:00 Moscow time, then – about 20 hours. According to the “MK”, the appeal was indeed recorded, but for some reason it did not go on the air.
At the same time, Forbes, citing two sources in the Presidential Administration, reports that the recorded appeal will be shown on September 21, when the Far East wakes up”.
Baza claims that Putin’s address is expected from 09:00 Moscow time to 10:00 Moscow time on Wednesday. The sources of the telegram channel stated that “the broadcast groups of Russian TV and radio channels warned about exactly such a time slot.”
Earlier on Tuesday, amid the expectations of the broadcast and after the adoption of the bill mentioning mobilization, as well as the announcement of referendums in the LDNR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, the number of queries on Google “how to leave Russia” sharply increased.
