Candidate of Military Sciences, Professor of the Academy of Military Sciences, Major General Nikolai Tutrin in an interview with URA.RU said that the mobilized Russians will be able to return home after their contracts expire or the special operation is completed. He stressed that the mobilized serve under a contract, and after its termination they have the right to return home or continue the contract for the next stage of their stay in the SVO zone.
As Tutrin noted, according to the contract, social security for military personnel, additional monthly payments, salaries are provided, and their children have the right to priority in the queue for kindergartens. The Major General added that there are many social guarantees that are prescribed in the presidential decree. In the event that the special operation ends earlier than the contract, it is interrupted at the end of the combat mission, Tutrin said.
The interlocutor of the publication noted that the military personnel involved in the zone of the SVO will replace each other to recuperate, since there is a practice of rotation. At the same time, according to Tutrin, the rotation is not only of officers, but also of entire units, which are replaced for a period of three months to six months.
