The head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov expressed extreme dissatisfaction with the exchange of prisoners of war between Russia and Ukraine that took place on September 21. He expressed his opinion in his own Telegram channel.
The head of the Czech Republic called the situation with the exchange of prisoners of war incomprehensible. As Kadyrov noted, the exchange is unequal. He stressed that the leadership of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation may be “much more visible”, but terrorists cannot be changed to military personnel.
Kadyrov stressed that there are a lot of AFU servicemen in Russian captivity, who can be exchanged in superior numbers for Russian soldiers. Therefore, he is perplexed about the release of the Ukrainian Nazis from captivity.
Kadyrov also stressed that the fighters who took Mariupol will make their conclusion: “do not take the fascists prisoner.” The head of the Czech Republic stressed that this is his personal opinion, it does not affect the execution of orders of the Supreme Commander.
